Florence
The city of Florence, about 90 km. away, can be reached in only one hour by train from Pisa station, or one hour by car.
There are numerous trains connecting the two cities during the day.
If you leave in the morning you can easily spend the day visiting the centre of Florence and return at leisure by the evening.
